Job Description
The Challenge
This role provides high-level administrative and coordination support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and members of Namdeb’s Senior Leadership team as and when required. Reporting to the COO the Corporate Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations whilst contributing to a professional and positive corporate image through effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders including De Beers and the Government entities amongst others.
Qualifications
The Ideal Applicant
- Recognized Diploma in Business Administration or Equivalent Qualification - NQF Level 6
- Valid Code 08 Driver’s License (Manual license)
- Must be Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Knowledge of SAP HR Modules will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration, planning and secretarial discipline with some exposure in communication in a corporate environment.
