Principal Test Engineer

nLogic is seeking a Principal Test Engineer to support a mission-focused effort in the Huntsville area. This role will play a key part in supporting missile defense efforts and involves working in a full-time, on-site, closed-area environment as part of a product team.

The role is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting on system-level test activities, including test progress, product quality status, and test results. This role adjusts test plans and execution strategies as needed to respond to evolving program conditions.

Required Qualifications

• Must possess a current, in-scope Secret or higher security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 5+ years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of related experience
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and executing test and integration plans and procedures for system-level integration testing
• Ability to interpret requirements and test guidance to support system-level integration testing
• Experience developing test criteria to verify requirements compliance
• Experience with C++ and Java development
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Experience with Eggplant or similar GUI-based test automation tools
• Experience with GitLab or Bitbucket
• Familiarity with automated requirements testing and analysis
• Ability and willingness to travel 10% to support business needs
• Must be able to work on-site in an office environment in Huntsville, AL

Preferred Qualifications

• Security + Certification
• Experience in Ada development
• Missile defense / MDA Domain experience
• Experience using Cameo (MBSE tools)
