About this role

This Darwin-based role provides support to the Licensee & Property Manager in various aspects of property management. Responsibilities include helping with inspections, maintenance coordination, lease preparation, and tenant communications. The role also involves assisting with marketing, managing property-related paperwork, and addressing inquiries from tenants. Additionally, the role will coordinate administrative tasks and contributes to the overall property management operations.

  • An effective communication and customer service skills  
  • Able to multitask, manage and prioritise your time  
  • A genuine interest in property management  
  • Have adequate level of computer skills 
  • Relevant working experience and knowledge of property management systems are favourable  

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist Property Managers in building and growing the residential portfolio by sourcing new properties and driving business development initiatives.
  • Handle tenancy arrears by sending automated reminders via Property Me and updating the Property Manager.
  • Schedule and assist with inspections, including ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections, and prepare inspection reports.
  • Arrange maintenance by reporting issues to property owners, seeking approvals, and coordinating with contractors.
  • Prepare lease documentation and review tenancy applications.
  • File and archive documents accurately and perform general administrative duties as required.
  • Provide proactive support to Property Managers as needed.
  • Work independently and demonstrate initiative to achieve business goals.
