What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include:

Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution to deliver strategic, operational, and technical initiatives on time and within scope
Define business requirements and develop clear project plans, timelines, and success metrics
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across IT, Operations, Clinical, and external partners to align on goals and deliverables
Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, and follow‑through to project execution, communication, and documentation
Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively adjust plans to keep projects on track and aligned to business goals
Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership, including project status, risks, and performance insights
Identify and implement better ways to improve processes, standardize workflows, and strengthen project delivery across the organization
Support new business initiatives, product launches, and process improvements that enhance patient and provider experiences

What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you bring:

Deep care about the human impact of your work, especially in healthcare or patient-centered environments
4+ years of experience in project management and business analysis, with healthcare experience preferred [Project Ma...r - LUX JD | Word]
Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders and priorities
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or similar) [Project Ma...r - LUX JD | Word]
Clear communication and effective collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes and delivery
Ability to think critically, manage complexity, and adapt in a dynamic environment
Comfort using project management tools and developing documentation, plans, and reporting artifacts
A desire to be part of a team that values empathy and high standards

Pay Range/Rate

$100,000—$110,000 USD
