We're looking for Graduates interested in innovation, sustainability and problem solving to join our dynamic Urban Development team in the Sunshine Coast for 2027!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teamwork: You’ll work alongside a variety of specialists, learning how different disciplines come together to deliver successful projects. With a wide variety of projects from land development to residential.

  • Quality Focus: Learn how we meet industry standards and regulations while delivering work we’re proud of

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

  • Available to start February 2027
  • Recent tertiary degree in Civil Engineering 
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia
  • Collaborative and enjoys problem solving 
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Possess a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting or construction environment highly desired
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired
