SAP ABAP (S4 HANA) / Project Manager

Job Description

 

1. Candidate must have strong understanding of SAP S4HANA
2. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide SAP technical teams (Basis, Developers, Functional).
3. Project Management: Oversee SAP implementation, upgrade, and migration projects from planning to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
4. Solution Design: Provide technical expertise for designing and enhancing SAP solutions to meet business needs.
5. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with business units, leadership, and external partners, managing expectations and aligning technical strategy.
6. Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement, defining standards, procedures, and best practices for SAP operations. Good understanding of Agile methodology and real experience
7. Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
8. Technical Oversight: Ensure proper configuration, performance tuning, monitoring, security, and maintenance (patching, backups) of SAP systems (ECC-ON Prem, S/4HANA ).
9. Core Tech Skills & should have strong knowledge of RICEF objects & OOPs programming
10. Hands on experience around ABAP on HANA , Output Management and OData/Gateway
11. Implementation knowledge of standard and custom Fiori App (UI5)
12. Must be able to manage customer independently, exposure to work with GCC (Global Competency Centers) and local customers will be added advantage
13. Exposure of managing Project financials & should be aware of support processes.

Qualifications

B.E/B. Tech/MCA with 12-14 years of hands-on experience in SAP Implantation/AMS Project
