Sales Operations Manager - Base44

Job Description

As a Sales Operations Manager, you'll support our sales and GTM teams by managing administrative tasks and improving operational efficiency. You'll coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth workflows and help bring deals to a close. 

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Own the administrative side of our sales operations, supporting our Sales, Customer, and GTM teams to drive operational consistency across the full customer lifecycle
• Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, security/IT and other teams to provide and complete documentation, business registrations, and insurance policies required to bring deals to a close, including in-depth technical specs that require gathering inputs from internal engineering and security stakeholders
• Align with Finance to ensure consistency across reporting and official company numbers, and coordinate on invoicing, purchase order processing, and any revenue-related documentation tied to active deals
• Identify areas of improvement and implement efficient systems and procedures to streamline workflows within the sales and GTM processes. This includes evaluating existing workflows for bottlenecks, building templates and playbooks, introducing automation where possible, and creating clear process documentation that makes operations scalable and repeatable.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales operations - Required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills - Required
• Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. finance, legal, procurement, sales) - Required
• Solutions-oriented and proactive mindset with high attention to detail - Required
• Quick learner with the ability to quickly learn and get up to speed on new tools, processes, and technical subject matter - Required
• Fluent English - Required
• Experience working with vendors/suppliers - Strong Advantage
• Technical aptitude with the ability to navigate security questionnaires, technical documentation, and infrastructure-related information - Strong Advantage
• Proven track record of identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing process improvements or new systems to increase efficiency - Advantage
• Practical knowledge of business registration processes  - Advantage
• Experience working in SaaS/tech, particularly in a B2B environment - Advantage
