Product Manager (Agentic Solutions)

Why we're hiring:

You will play a crucial role in agentic solution product design and management of the Enterprise AI program. Reporting to the AI CoE Lead and Program Director you will lead a product team as we expand our AI product suite globally. The program will be a range of MVP and enterprise-grade production projects that deliver unmistakeable value back to the business.

Our team is chartered to develop and deliver custom AI products and accelerate global cloud apps products or AI projects delivered by other delivery teams from around WPP.

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented leader with a passion for Agile methodologies and a strong track record in AI and custom cloud apps project delivery? We are looking for a Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution of R&D-POC-MVP-Product enhancement sprints, ensuring our solutions remain robust and scalable. You'll work at the heart of our Delivery Factory, collaborating with experienced engineers and stakeholders to ensure our enterprise AI are delivered with speed and precision.

What you'll be doing:

• Own delivery of bespoke AI agent solutions on our advanced framework (Microsoft Agent Framework, Copilot, Databricks, Google Vertex) from first workshop to live product.
• Run discovery sessions with SVPs from Finance, HR, Operations or GRC. Rapid domain comprehension and pain-point understanding.
• Turn executive asks into clear product requirements and a prioritised backlog with measurable outcomes.
• Work with engineers on the hard design calls: one agent or many, how it remembers, where humans stay in the loop.
• Design and track evaluation methods that prove each agent is accurate, safe, and actually moving the business metric.
• Present demos and roadmaps to global C-suite; hold the line on scope and priorities when challenged.
• Manage VIP stakeholders across long engagements: expectations, escalations, and changes of direction.
• Spot what's reusable across builds and feed it back into the enterprise AI platform.
• Track what frontier AI can do, and turn those capabilities into product opportunities.

What you'll need:

• 7+ years in product management, ideally shipping technical or AI products to enterprise users.
• Proven experience in pre-sales or sales engineering scenarios for AI or custom enterprise software solutions. Know enough to keep the conversation going.
• Comfortable working in Agile, Kanban especially; able to run discovery and delivery in parallel.
• Skilled operator of the usual PM tooling: Powerpoint, Excel, Jira, Aha, or equivalent.
• Track record delivering with distributed teams across time zones and cultures.
• Able to hold the immediate build and the longer product vision in your head at once, and trade off sensibly.
• Clear writer and speaker; can take a complex agent design and explain it to a C-suite audience without losing either side.
• Calm under pressure: ambiguous requirements, shifting executive priorities, technical dead-ends.
• Sharp eye for detail, particularly where agent behaviour hits live business processes.
• Genuinely curious about frontier AI: what agents can newly do, and what that unlocks for the business.
• Good at prioritising engineering effort against VIP deadlines without burning the team out.

• AB-100: Microsoft Certified AI Architect (Within first 30 days)
