Role Overview
As a newly created position, the Finance & Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping how our agency operates. What This Role Is Not
This is not a narrowly defined administrative role.
You will not be confined to a single function or spend your days completing repetitive tasks. Instead, this position requires someone who enjoys variety, embraces ambiguity and is motivated by helping build and improve how the business operates.
You will wear many hats and regularly switch between finance, people, operations and project-based work. Success comes from being adaptable, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership beyond a traditional job description.
Why This Role Matters
This role sits at the centre of the agency and has a direct impact on how effectively we operate and scale.
