Job Description
What you'll do:
- You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, handling high volumes of recruitment activity and maintaining accurate data within SmartRecruiters (ATS) and external job boards
- You'll source, screen, and assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes; create and update job descriptions and specifications across all recruitment platforms
- You'll coordinate interviews, manage diary scheduling, participate in interview panels, and conduct thorough candidate assessments
- You'll develop and execute direct sourcing and attraction strategies to proactively build candidate pipelines, whilst providing analytical recruiting reports to the team
- You'll act as a point of contact to build influential candidate relationships, promote the company's reputation as an employer of choice, and ensure compliance with information security and equality monitoring procedures

Qualifications
About you:
- You hold a degree in HR or business-related field with a minimum of 4–6 years' demonstrable end-to-end recruitment experience
- You possess strong talent sourcing skills with a proven ability to build candidate pipelines utilising multiple sources and recruitment strategies
- You have experience with computerised HR/Recruitment systems (particularly ATS platforms) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- You bring finance, Fund Administration, or Buy-side Financial Services industry knowledge (desirable); you are familiar with equality monitoring processes and procedures (essential)
- You demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage high-volume recruitment activity and build influential candidate relationships
