Job Description

As an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Lead, you will own and evolve O-I’s global OpenText platform, ensuring its performance, scalability, and reliability across regions. 

You will lead a small, distributed team while partnering with business and IT stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade content management solutions. 

Why this role matters 

This role plays a critical part in enabling secure and scalable management of enterprise content globally. You will directly influence how information is structured, accessed, and governed across the organization. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead and enhance the global ECM platform with a focus on OpenText technologies 
  • Act as escalation point for complex technical issues 
  • Design and implement scalable ECM solutions 
  • Ensure platform availability, performance and security 
  • Lead incident management and root cause analysis 
  • Lead and develop a team of 3 offshore ECM specialists 
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements 
  • Lead ECM projects including upgrades, integrations and migrations 
  • Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards 
  • Drive continuous improvement of support and delivery processes 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of IT experience, including Enterprise Content Management platforms.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText technologies (e.g., Content Server, Extended ECM, Archive Center, integrations).
  • Experience leading or coordinating distributed / offshore teams 
  • Experience supporting enterprise- scale platforms in a global environment. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across regions and functions ​
  • Experience with ECM integrations (e.g., SAP, APIs, other enterprise systems) 
  • Knowledge of data governance and records management practices 

Additional Information

Reports to: Global Collaboration Services Manager.           

Travel: less than 10%.
