Oracle P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Expert

Job Description

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud or Oracle EBS R12 P2P modules.
• Experience in configuring:
  • Purchasing setups
  • Approval Management Engine (AME)
  • Supplier configurations
  • Invoice validation and payment processes
  • 2-way, 3-way, and 4-way matching
• Understanding of integration points between:
  • Procurement
  • Accounts Payable
  • General Ledger
  • Inventory
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, or Oracle standard reports.
• Experience with functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
