Key Responsibilities
š¼Ā WhatĀ YouāllĀ DoĀ
As a key member of our Customer Service team,Ā youāll:Ā
- Respond to inquiries related to insurance policies and coverageĀ
- Resolve moderately complex issues with empathy and professionalismĀ
- Interpret policy details and make informed decisions within defined authority limitsĀ
- Communicate across multiple platforms while navigating internal systemsĀ
- Document interactions and escalate unresolved cases when neededĀ
- Collaborate with departments like Claims, Underwriting, and Policy SupportĀ
- IdentifyĀ trends and suggest process improvementsĀ
- Stay up to date on compliance, legal requirements, and product updatesĀ
Requirements
šÆĀ WhatĀ WeāreĀ Looking ForĀ
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)Ā
- Fluent EnglishĀ Ā
- 1ā3 years of customer service experienceĀ Ā
- Call Center experience highly desirableĀ
- Strong computer skills and ability to work across systemsĀ
- Availability to work on-site, Monday to FridayĀ onlyĀ
