Accounting & Finance Internship (f/m/div.)

Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

• Support the accounting leader in all development activities;
• Support tax activities by gathering and verifying relevant data;
• Provide support to the accounts payable team in processing supplier payments, verify and reconcile supplier invoices and payment requests, collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely approval of payments;
• Support in verifying and controlling invoices and financial documents;
• Prepare information to respond to surveys to public entities, such as INE, Portugal Bank and others;

  

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

 

• Degree in Accounting,  Finance, Economics, or related;
• Basic understanding of accounting principles ,financial concepts and tax legislation;
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities;
• Responsible and able to meet deadlines;
• Proactive communication skills, teamwork abilities and critical spirit;
• Fluent English;
• Eagerness to learn and develop professional skills;
