Role Overview:
Collaborating closely with leaders, you will bridge the gap between business goals and people strategies—driving key initiatives across workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement. Leveraging a data-driven approach and strong labor law knowledge, you will proactively coach managers, resolve complex people challenges, and strengthen our team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance to business units on HR policies, practices, and people-related matters (e.g., advising managers on probation period decisions, contract changes, or policy interpretation).

Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals (e.g., supporting organizational restructuring, workforce planning, or succession planning initiatives).

Analyze HR metrics and workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable, data-driven insights (e.g., monitoring turnover rates, diversity, and recommending improvement measures).

Lead employee engagement initiatives, including satisfaction surveys, and monitor progress on engagement action plans (e.g., running quarterly surveys, analyzing results, and co-creating action plans with leaders). Measuring eNPS.

Attend regular 1:1s and team meetings with business leaders to ensure strong alignment and proactive support (e.g., joining monthly team meetings to address people topics and schedule regular 1:1s with key business stakeholders).

Mitigate people-related challenges, such as disciplinary issues, grievances, conflicts, and attrition risks (e.g., coaching managers on handling underperformance or managing conflict resolution between team members).

Oversee and coordinate performance management cycles, salary reviews, and goal-setting processes (e.g., facilitating annual review cycles, providing salary benchmarking data, and ensuring clear, measurable team objectives).

Proven HR Partnering Experience: 2 to 3+ years of dedicated experience as an HR Business Partner, with a track record of driving impactful people strategies.

Solid Employment Law Foundation: Strong, practical knowledge of Czech labor law, HR policies, and modern workplace best practices.

Trusted Advisor: Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to connect with, support, and influence both employees and business leaders at all levels.

Language Skills: Native Czech speaker with professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).
