The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and support the commercial objectives of the assigned automotive brand(s). The role works closely with OEM partners, internal departments, and external agencies to ensure the successful delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations while maintaining brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

The Brand Manager plays a key role in analyzing market trends, monitoring campaign performance, managing marketing budgets, and identifying opportunities to enhance brand equity and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual brand and marketing plans aligned with business objectives and OEM strategies.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, CRM, events, and traditional media.
  • Manage vehicle launches, showroom activations, exhibitions, sponsorships, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure all marketing communications and assets comply with OEM brand guidelines and corporate identity standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Digital Marketing, CRM, Procurement, Finance, and external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, approvals, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor marketing performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, digital content, advertising, and point-of-sale assets.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management and OEM stakeholders.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members while fostering collaboration across functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Communications, preferably within the automotive, FMCG, retail, or consumer products industries.
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles, consumer behavior, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM, and campaign performance measurement.
