The Junior Brand Manager supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business performance for assigned automotive brand(s).
The role works closely with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and digital activities while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketing professional who is passionate about branding, the automotive industry, and delivering impactful customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, PR, CRM, and traditional media.
- Assist in coordinating vehicle launches, showroom activations, exhibitions, sponsorships, and promotional events.
- Ensure marketing materials and communications comply with OEM and corporate brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Aftersales, Digital Marketing, CRM, Procurement, and external agencies to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Assist in preparing marketing briefs, presentations, and campaign reports.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on key marketing metrics and insights.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis to support marketing decisions.
- Support the creation and review of marketing materials such as brochures, POS materials, presentations, and digital content.
- Assist in managing marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and administrative documentation.
- Support budget tracking, purchase requests, invoice processing, and campaign documentation.
- Stay up to date with automotive market trends and recommend ideas to improve customer engagement and brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or extracurricular marketing experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of branding, marketing principles, and digital marketing channels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
