Job Description :We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to start their career in project management and coordination within a fast-paced environment. The Entry Level Project Coordinator will support project managers and teams by ensuring that all projects are executed smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication flows effectively. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail and correspondence
  • Maintain and update filing systems both electronically and physically
  • Prepare, format, and print documents and reports as needed
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus
  • Proven experience as an office clerk, receptionist, or similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
