This dynamic, high-impact role combines elite talent recruitment, exceptional customer service, and strategic inside sales/business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit & Placement: Source, interview, onboard, and assign top talent to open positions. Maintain an exclusive pipeline of local candidates.

• Client Management: Partner with local businesses to understand hiring needs, fill job orders quickly, and conduct on-site safety tours.

• Inside Sales & Growth: Make strategic outbound calls and marketing contacts to identify new business opportunities and generate revenue.

• Candidate Experience: Guide job seekers through the hiring process with empathy, professionalism, and consistent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years Experience in recruiting, staffing, inside sales, or fast-paced customer service.

• Strong Communicators who are comfortable making outbound phone calls and multitasking.

• Goal-Oriented Mindset with a positive, service-driven attitude.

• Bonus Skill: Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly valued, though not required!
