Senior UX Designer

About the role

Eupry is on a mission to simplify GxP compliance. Our dataloggers, sensors and software platform help pharma companies prove their products stay safe — turning a stressful, audit-heavy job into something that just works.

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to own the craft of how that experience feels. You'll work across our core platform alongside product managers, developers and customers — and you'll have rare latitude to set the bar for UX in a scaleup that's still defining it. 

This is a hands-on role, but we’re not looking for someone to push pixels. We're looking for the judgment that decides what's worth building, validated with real users, and the craft to make complex things feel simple.

What you'll do

• Run discovery directly with customers — site visits, interviews, journey mapping in real pharma environments
• Turn messy, regulated workflows into concepts people actually find simple and useful
• Prototype fast in AI-enabled tools (Figma, Lovable and Claude)
• Partner with PMs, and developers from first sketch to shipped feature
• Own clean handovers using our component library
• Use product analytics with PMs to sharpen insight and measure whether what we shipped actually worked

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Discovery chops: you get out of the building and talk to users; you've simplified genuinely complex processes before
• B2B product design track record — ideally where software meets hardware (IoT, devices, instrumentation)
• Communication that lands with both a sceptical customer and a busy engineer
• AI curiosity: you already experiment with AI-driven prototyping and stay ahead of where the tools are going
• Mindset: pragmatic, progress over perfection, comfortable blurring the line between UX, product and engineering
• Nice to have: scaleup experience; exposure to regulated industries (pharma/healthcare) — we'll teach you the compliance part
