The M&V Customer Service manager will work at the front desk serving customers and managing orders.
Order Management
- Process customer orders accurately via phone, email, or online systems.
- Verify pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
Customer Support
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding products, services, and deliveries.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Communicate changes or delays to customers proactively.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (food service or distribution industry preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
