Work model: Hybrid – 3 days per week from the office.

Our commercial engine is strong, but as our products continue to evolve, so do user expectations. We see significant opportunities to modernize the user experience, optimize critical customer journeys, introduce stronger upsell mechanics, and improve conversion across the entire product lifecycle.
We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who understands that great design isn't just about aesthetics, it's about solving business problems through data-driven decisions.
This isn't a traditional design role where success is measured by beautiful interfaces alone.
You'll work alongside our Product Owner to shape the future of our platform, using user insights, experimentation, behavioral analytics, and commercial thinking to create experiences that deliver measurable business results.

Role Overview
As our UX/UI Designer, you'll own the design experience across our customer journey, from acquisition through retention.
You'll collaborate closely with Product, BI, Development, Marketing, and Content teams to identify friction points, improve usability, increase conversion, and build scalable design systems that support future growth.
You'll combine behavioral analytics, user research, A/B testing, and modern design principles to continuously improve product performance.
Success in this role isn't measured by how many screens you design, but by how effectively your work improves user experience and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Modernize and optimize the existing product interface
Design intuitive, high-converting user experiences across web platforms
Improve customer journeys including acquisition, landing pages, registration, onboarding, conversion, retention, and re-engagement
Design conversion-focused UI components, upsell mechanics, and promotional experiences
Translate Product Owner requirements into implementation-ready designs and prototypes
Create structured design variations to support A/B testing and experimentation
Analyse user behaviour through Hotjar, heatmaps, session recordings, and UX analytics tools
Work closely with the BI team to interpret Power BI dashboards and identify UX opportunities
Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into measurable design improvements
Collaborate with Front-End Developers to ensure accurate implementation and fast delivery
Support Marketing with campaign assets, landing pages, and promotional creatives when required
Contribute to the development of scalable design systems and reusable UI components
Champion a culture of continuous optimisation, experimentation, and user-centric design
Experience
5+ years' experience designing digital products with a strong UX focus
Proven experience working in conversion-driven environments
Experience improving product funnels through user-centered design and experimentation
Experience working in regulated or policy-sensitive industries is highly desirable
Comfortable working with adult (NSFW) content in a professional, product-focused environment
Experience collaborating closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams
Portfolio demonstrating measurable UX improvements and commercial impact
Technical Skills
UX & UI Design
Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, design systems, wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, interaction design
User Research & Analytics
Hotjar, heatmapping tools, session recordings, behavioural analytics, usability testing
Data & Performance
Power BI dashboards, funnel analysis, conversion metrics, user behaviour analysis
Conversion Optimisation
A/B testing, landing page optimisation, CRO methodologies, user journey optimisation
Front-End Collaboration
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers
AI & Productivity
ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Figma AI, and other AI-powered tools that accelerate design workflows and productivity
Key Skills & Attributes
Strong commercial mindset with a passion for solving business problems through design
User-first approach supported by data rather than assumptions
Excellent visual design and interaction design skills
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Comfortable balancing creativity with measurable business objectives
