At Sfakianakis Group, a leader in the Automotive industry, we are looking for an Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

· Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

· Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up on action items.

· Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

· Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary.

· Maintain physical and digital filing systems.

· Assist in handling basic financial tasks (e.g., invoicing, expense tracking).

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

· 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or office support role.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
