Kitchen Utility Worker

Job Description

• Washes dishes, pots and pans using appropriate kitchen equipment
• Completes daily sanitation assignments in all dining and kitchen areas including equipment and supplies following correct procedures, as directed.
• Unloads and arranges food stock from delivery 
• Ensures loading (receiving) dock is clean and organized.
• Properly wraps, labels and dates food items to be stored in refrigerator, freezer or storage room.
