In this role, you will support the deployment, operation, and maintenance of enterprise cybersecurity and endpoint security systems. You will be responsible for managing security tools, monitoring system compliance, and supporting computer security operations in a complex environment.

Responsibilities
- Deploy, manage, and maintain McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator and all associated applications.
- Monitor McAfee software performance and compliance issues on endpoint computers and perform tuning and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and apply product, policy, and configuration updates across systems within the area of responsibility.
- Review incidents reported by endpoint computers, create and assign incident investigations, and support investigation processes.
- Prepare technical documentation related to product installation and configuration.
- Provide security training to end users and technical training to cybersecurity teams.
- Perform assigned COMSEC duties as alternate COMSEC custodian.
- Plan, organize, and control implementation of all aspects of COMPUSEC activities.
- Supervise monitoring, testing, and evaluation of computer security systems.
- Evaluate COMPUSEC aspects of ADP accreditation.
- Maintain status reporting for communications and information systems projects related to COMPUSEC.
- Provide advice and assistance on COMPUSEC matters to the chain of command.
- Evaluate installation diagrams for compliance.
- Utilize Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) to deploy patches and updates to systems within the area of responsibility.
- Deputize for higher grade staff when required.
- Perform any other duty as required.
Requirements
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with at least 2 years of post-related experience,
or secondary educational qualification with at least 4 years of post-related experience. - IT security certification such as CompTIA CASP, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or CISSP.
- Proven experience operating and deploying Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager or other application management software.
- Proven experience managing McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator.
- McAfee security training.
- Microsoft Modern Desktop Certifications (MD-100 or MD-101).
- ITIL Foundation V3/V4 certification.
- Prior experience working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements.
- Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT.
