Kitchen Assistant/Dishwasher - The Village at Ocotillo

Job Description

Wash dishes and assist the kitchen staff in food prep when needed.  And NO LATE NIGHTS means you will have more quality time to maintain a balanced life. 
 
Essential Duties: 

• Clean dishes per procedures. 
• Follow daily cleaning chart
• Sweep and Mop floors with weekly deck scrubbing
• Take out Trash
• Break down boxes
• Use Three compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize pots and pans
• Use dish machine, clean and break down at the end of the shift
• Stay busy throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, preferably in the kitchen. We will conduct training.

Additional Information

• All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. 
• Hours are 3:00pm until 8:30pm. Fridays and Saturdays off with options to pickup shifts
