Job Description

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.

Qualifications

 

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant setting
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a high-volume restaurant or food service operation
  • Current Food Safety and Hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
