As a Roofing Specialist (Sales) you'll work assigned territories helping homeowners through the insurance restoration process. You’ll have uncapped earning potential. Our next onboarding group starts Monday, July 13. We're adding a limited number of new representatives to the team, and we'd love to meet you in time to join the team then.

What You'll Do

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods

• Inspect roofs for storm damage

• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process

• Secure signed contingency agreements

• Meet with insurance adjusters

• Guide customers through the restoration process

• Submit project documentation

• Maintain customer communication from sale to completion

What We're Looking For

• Highly competitive and self-motivated

• Strong communicator who connects easily with people

• Comfortable working outdoors and knocking doors

• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems (no experience required)

• Organized and dependable

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
