What is Manager Ecosystem Growth - SIMOSA?
As the Manager Ecosystem Growth, you will strategically own the growth trajectory, monetization, and user lifecycle performance across SIMOSA’s comprehensive digital ecosystem. Managing both the foundational SIMCARE utilities and the expanding Lifestyle portfolio (encompassing E-commerce, Entertainment/OTT, Health, Insurance, and Gaming), you will carry the ultimate delivery numbers for user growth and ecosystem revenue.
This role requires a multi-disciplinary leader who operates at the intersection of Product, Growth Marketing, Monetization, Partnerships and Analytics. You will not just manage budgets, but fundamentally understand user behavior and product funnels to build repeatable growth loops, structure commercial partnerships, and maximize revenue across the entire user lifecycle.
Reports to: Stream Head, Growth & Platform Strategy - SIMOSA
What will Manager Ecosystem Growth – SIMOSA do?
· Own Ecosystem Growth & Strategy: Hold the ultimate SIMOSA growth numbers and strategic plan. You will drive user acquisition, active engagement, and retention across both SIMCARE and Lifestyle verticals, managing commercial budgets and leveraging emerging digital trends.
· Drive Full-Funnel Growth Marketing: Execute holistic growth marketing strategies, optimizing paid channels to improve efficiency, scale user acquisition, and rigorously track core ecosystem metrics like ROAS, CAC, and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

· Own Post-Integration Commercial Performance: Take full ownership of live partner relationships post-integration. Actively manage their performance against targets to ensure every partnership delivers the tangible usage, active users, and ecosystem revenue it was built for.
· Govern App Real Estate & Monetization: Build and run the governance framework and schedule that prioritizes SIMOSA’s prime home-screen inventory, real estate, and push notifications across internal business lines, external partners, and digital platforms to optimize monetization and user experience.
· Leverage Data, Research & Analytics: Track market categories, competitor movements, and user sentiment. Use deep data analytics and market research to spot growth opportunities and guide strategic product prioritization decisions with hard evidence rather than opinion.
· Model Deal Economics & Business Cases: Build robust financial models, value-exchange frameworks, and revenue-share projections. Prepare crisp, data-backed business cases and commercial proposals that enable leadership to make confident, rapid decisions.
· Lead Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Delivery: Serve as the single point of contact for internal platforms and external partner discussions, keeping first-line meetings moving efficiently. Collaborate deeply with Product, Brand, Data Analytics, Legal, and Finance to turn high-level growth plans into live, scalable product features and measurable campaigns.
