Job Description
We are looking for a French-speaking Manual & Automation Testing Engineer to join our fast-growing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will focus on both manual and automation testing tasks.
Responsibilities
- End to end testing of the user stories developed within the squad
- Participating in Agile ceremonies and at the creation of user stories
- Define different test strategies for manual, automated, and APIs
- Meet the quality of the user story and of the acceptance criteria
- Set up and maintain the test repository: test plan, test cases, test data
- Prioritize and execute the test campaigns
- Produce reporting for test progress and closure
- Defect Management and Reporting using Jira, Octane, or similar tools
- Automate the test cases eligible for automation
- Create and execute load test scenarios
- Implement regression testing
- Gain an understanding of the business context and technical environment
Qualifications
- Advanced French level, written and spoken
- Experience in automation testing, working with Java / Selenium / Cucumber / API testing / Gherkin
- Strong experience in manual testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect management
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems (Jira, Octane)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Ability to learn and understand complex business flows and application functionality
- The ability to research and gather information from different stakeholders and developers
- Good planning, organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to communicate efficient with the team (business, developers, POs)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- ISTQB certification would be a plus
- Experience in banking projects
