Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Manage and develop customer accounts to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and maintain long-term business relationships. Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with technical, service, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts and periodic reports.
• Follow up on payments and account receivables.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Additional Information
Experience
2 – 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
