Key Responsibilities:
As part of the business transformation team, you'll partner with senior stakeholders across various departments to understand, map, and enhance critical business processes.
• Lead end-to-end business process mapping and documentation using tools such as Miro or other process mapping platforms.
• Analyse existing workflows to identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop practical recommendations that improve efficiency, standardisation, and business resilience.
• Support the design and implementation of business continuity processes and operational improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and drive alignment.
• Support change management initiatives, including process adoption, documentation, and user training where required.

This role goes beyond documentation. You'll play an important role in helping the organisation:
• Connect end-to-end processes across multiple business units to improve overall business alignment.
• Challenge existing practices and influence stakeholders to adopt more effective and efficient ways of working.
• Build strong relationships across functions while balancing different business priorities.
• Take ownership of the initial process discovery, mapping, and analysis, requiring a hands-on and detail-oriented approach.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Excellence, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, or Management Consulting.
• Candidates from consulting firms or in-house process improvement and transformation teams are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) or operational resilience would be an added advantage.
• Strong process mapping and documentation experience using tools such as Miro, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and constructively challenge senior business leaders.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities within a dynamic environment.
