Job Description
To manage the sales distribution, drive revenue growth and expand market presence by developing strategic relationships in private banking segment while ensuring high-quality service delivery. It involves signing up new clients, retaining existing ones, managing client relationships and cross-selling of other Bank products.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business, Insurance, Finance or related field.
Certifications:
- Relevant professional qualification (IIK or ACII).
- Member of a relevant professional body
Experience Required
5-7 years
- The role requires experience in insurance sales with leadership exposure.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios.
