Role overview
The Direct Brands Marketing Manager is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with senior marketing, media, and brand decision-makers across Europe to create new commercial opportunities for Titan OS. This role focuses on engaging priority advertisers, positioning Titan OS's advertising offering - including CTV inventory, homepage advertising, FATS channels, and OS-level data - and driving meaningful interactions that translate into business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with senior marketing, media, and brand leaders at direct brands.
- Create and secure brand meetings, presentations, roundtables, dinners, and other commercial opportunities.
- Present Titan OS advertising solutions, including homepage advertising, CTV inventory, FAST channels, and OS-level data.
- Work closely with sales teams and agencies to turn brand interest into real advertising revenue.
- Track meetings, next steps, pipeline progress, and brand feedback.
Key KPIs
- Revenue generated from key direct brands.
- Brand-driven briefs created.
Requirements
- Strong existing network with direct brands, ideally in Automotive, FMCG, Luxury, Retail, Finance or Travel
- Experience in media, advertising, CTV, digital video, brand partnerships, or agency-side client leadership.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to open doors and create real business opportunities.
- Proactive and persistent attitude, with the ability to build a new function from the ground up.
- Highly organised and structured in outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
- Fluent English required. Spanish and/or other European languages are a plus.
- Based in Barcelona, with a willingness to travel when needed.
