We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Sales Consultant who is passionate about delivering exceptional retail experiences while helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, understanding customer preferences, and providing personalized product recommendations in a dynamic retail environment.

As a Sales Consultant, you will serve as the face of the brand, creating memorable shopping experiences through outstanding customer service, product expertise, and professional communication. You will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their buying journey, maintaining high standards of store presentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day retail operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting customers, understanding their requirements, and providing personalized product recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication, active listening, and exceptional client handling skills.
  • Assist customers throughout the purchase journey, ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Support day-to-day retail operations, including billing assistance, stock replenishment, inventory checks, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain accurate product knowledge to confidently explain features, benefits, pricing, and ongoing promotional offers.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
  • Assist in executing promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Follow established retail processes, operational guidelines, and customer service standards.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records and contribute to continuous process improvement through customer feedback.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, client handling, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer excellence and creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products with confidence and professionalism.
  • Good understanding of retail operations, store processes, and customer engagement best practices.
  • Experience handling customer interactions through face-to-face or voice-based communication channels is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, strong presentation skills, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
