  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, including nightly and per-pull request test execution.
  • Monitor, analyze, and continuously reduce flaky tests to improve the reliability and stability of the automated test suite.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and validate defects while collaborating closely with developers.
  • Manage test environments and test data to ensure reliable and repeatable testing.
  • Monitor quality metrics, dashboards, and test coverage to provide insight into product quality.
  • Drive continuous improvements in QA processes, tooling, and automation.
  • Apply AI-powered testing solutions where they add value, including AI-assisted test creation, failure analysis, and intelligent automation.
  • Coach and support fellow QA engineers, helping the team continuously improve and coordinating QA activities across projects.
  • Drive release quality by coordinating testing activities, assessing release readiness, and making informed go/no-go recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development process.
