Job Description

What You’ll Do as Director Administrator

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:  

  • Manage complex director diaries and calendars, scheduling and prioritising meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring efficient time management.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging venues, catering, logistics, and preparing and distributing relevant documentation in advance.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries, and resolving any travel-related issues.
  • Process and reconcile expenses through Concur, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders (POs), liaising with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of queries.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including PA leave cover, handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion, and supporting ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven administrative experience, with 2–3 years supporting multiple senior executives or directors in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong discretion and integrity, with a demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with senior leaders and colleagues at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine interest in the retail industry considered an advantage.
