Health can’t wait.

Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.

Alan exists to end the wait.

Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.

So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.

We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.

Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 800+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

Product Manager — Sales AI

⭐️ The product manager role ⭐️

Product Managers at Alan go deep on user needs, define a clear product strategy, and turn it into a high-impact roadmap.

  • You will work closely with designers, engineers and sales teams to define the right product and build it.

  • You will partner and align with every part of the business: sales, sales effectiveness, and our AI platform teams.

Sales AI: an exceptional opportunity to have an impact and grow

  • Our sales teams sell health insurance, a field that demands real expertise. Over the years, our internal sales tools have become extremely powerful, but also increasingly complex, as we added configurability to serve the wide diversity of our prospects' and clients' needs. At the same time, AI is fundamentally reshaping how humans and tools interact. And Alan's growth ambitions are very high: reaching them requires a step change in sales effectiveness, both in time spent and in win rate (the relevance of an offer, and how well it empowers an Account Executive to sell it).

  • So we are rethinking the entire sales experience from the ground up. Instead of tools Account Executives have to remember to open and prompt, we want an AI that works for the rep, including when they are not there: it processes information, analyzes a large pipeline of parallel deals, and comes back with “here is the priority today, do this and this.” A true assistant that helps reps prioritize, prepares work for them, and lets them build faster, more relevant offers, with the right sales material and arguments. With everything we know about past offers and the market, we can massively empower reps to walk in with a sharper offer and a sharper pitch.

  • The scope spans the full funnel: bottom funnel (winning offers, stronger pitches, higher win rate) and top funnel (automating prospection so reps get more, better-qualified discovery). Alan has strong maturity here: we build our own tools, with very high adoption. This is a validated, high-ambition bet to reinvent the sales experience, lift sales efficiency and win rate, and give every one of our clients a large-account-grade experience.

What you will own

  • Reinvent the sales workflow. Move our Account Executives and Key Account Managers from siloed AI tools they have to remember to use, to AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment in their workflow.

  • Build and sequence the roadmap. The scope is broad, so you will decide where to start, prioritize the highest-impact automation over “nice to have” AI features, and sequence the path to the full vision.

  • Get hands-on. We build many of our tools in an “everyone can build” mode. You will work close to the engine room, writing prompts, wiring connectors and evaluating outputs, to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.

  • Empower better, faster offers. Bring together the knowledge we have on offers, content and market signals so reps produce more relevant offers, more quickly, with the right arguments.

  • Keep the experience coherent. Partner closely with adjacent teams building AI agents in neighboring areas, so the overall experience stays consistent rather than siloed.

  • Drive the outcomes. Minimize time spent on low-value work while increasing offer relevance and win rate, so reps spend their time only on high-value tasks, with material that strengthens their pitch.

⭐️ About you ⭐️

You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:

  • At least 5 years in a product management role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products. Seniority matters here: the scope is exploratory and not fully defined yet.

  • Genuine excitement for AI. You have built AI products, or you are deeply eager to learn how LLM-based systems and agents behave in production, including their failure modes, and you can reason about the shift from pull-based to proactive, push-based experiences.

  • A builder mindset. You are hands-on and comfortable close to the product's engine room (connectors, prompts, skills, evaluation) to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.

  • Appetite for the sales and insurance business. You are happy to sit with a rep, review an offer, and learn how guarantees and consumption terms are expressed, then turn that into product vision. You do not need to be a sales or insurance expert already, but you want to go deep fast.

  • Strong product execution. You set measurable goals, prioritize effectively, and ship iteratively, balancing quality, speed and impact.

  • The ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds. You translate between platform and engineering constraints and sales reality, and drive alignment through clear framing and sharp decision-making.

  • Experience influencing without full authority. You can build the case for a new, ambitious bet and rally people around it.

  • Strong written communication in both internal and external-facing settings.

  • Fluency in French and English.
