We're now scaling across DACH and broader EMEA markets, and we're looking for a results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales organization, drive new business growth, and build a high-performance team across the region.

📋 What You'll Be Doing
- New Business Growth: Own the Türkiye & Azerbajian new-business revenue number and personally lead strategic enterprise deals (€50K+ ACV).
- Sales Operations: Establish quota setting, territory planning, accurate forecasting, and pipeline discipline in HubSpot. Implement a sales methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, or equivalent) across the team.
- Playbook Building: Turn founder-led selling into a repeatable, scalable motion with clear playbooks, onboarding, and coaching.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with Marketing on demand generation and ABM, with Product to shape the roadmap based on field insights, and with Customer Success on expansion strategy.
- Strategic Input: Contribute to leadership decisions on pricing, packaging, partnerships, and geographic strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 5+ years in sales leadership (VP Sales, Director of Sales, Head of Sales).
- Experience closing enterprise deals in financial services — €50K+ ACV, multi-stakeholder procurement, 6–12 month sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success building and managing distributed sales teams across Türkiye & Azerbajian and Turkic markets.
- RegTech, compliance, or fintech infrastructure background is a strong plus
- Existing network and deal-closing experience in financial services is a major plus.
- Hands-on operator who still loves being in deals, not just managing pipeline reviews.
- Fluent English
