Job Description

HR Manager (HRBP) in this role get to:

  •  Maintain and understand the pulse of the site and/or programs.
  •  Partner with the with the Business & Functional stakeholders: To establish and execute HR strategies that drive business performance.
  • Drive operational excellence in key HR practices: And lead initiatives driving employee engagement, retention, and development. The role also contributes to positive internal branding.
  • Analyze and design solutions that address chronic performance challenges.
  • Formulate initiatives to improve: Retention, satisfaction and engagement.
  • Reward Strategy - Understands, communicates, and applies reward strategy
  • Employee Relations Applies employee relations and employment practices in order to create a positive, ethical, effective work environment
  • Reporting and Analytics - Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports.  Deep understanding of HR data, demographics and business KPIs
  • Manage Disciplinary, grievance and compliance processes and respective investigations.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in the HR field
  • At least 3 years HR Operations experience within the BPO industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, industrial engineering, law, or related fields.
  • Self-management skills, proactiveness in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing focuses.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.
