WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
The talent programs team plays a crucial role in enhancing Box’s employment brand, while improving the efficiency and scalability of the broader talent organization at Box. Our team is responsible for sourcing and hiring early career talent, as well as managing key programs such as Employment Brand, Recruiter Enablement, our Intern program, and more. We are an enthusiastic and supportive team that enjoys implementing new initiatives and processes to support our global talent organization. Currently, we are seeking a Programs Generalist in Poland who will drive existing programs for the local market, as well as the broader EMEA region, provide support for other Box-wide initiatives, and collaborate with Program Managers to execute our daily program operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
-
Be a trusted partner and collaborate with key stakeholders including Program Managers, cross-functional teams, Boxers (employees), and more to ensure smooth and consistent processes for various programs. One of the main responsibilities will be supporting the early career hiring program by sourcing, screening, and hiring both nontechnical and technical candidates. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in training internal interviewers and brainstorming summer programming activities such as learning and development initiatives for interns or fireside chats with leaders.
-
Handle event planning for early career hiring. This includes everything from career fairs to office tours. You'll build relationships with external stakeholders such as student groups and career centers, as well as our internal stakeholders, who attend these events.
-
Provide support for recruiting enablement programs such as our hiring trainings in EMEA with coordination, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration to execute successfully.
-
Contribute to ad-hoc recruiting projects as assigned by the team to support growth and scale, as well as further your own development! This could be support with our referral program, internal mobility program, and more.
-
Support Box's Employment Brand program specifically in Poland and across the EMEA region. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling copy along with photo/video content that showcases our organization externally on platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor Great Places to Work website, and our careers site. Furthermore, you'll collaborate on creative strategies involving photo/video content promotion for regional events and activities alongside generating engaging social media posts in partnership with global EB team members.
-
Create and communicate clear project plans, track progress, and measure ROI of each initiative while keeping stakeholders informed to ensure effective project management.
