Job: Planning & Reporting Financial Controller

 Requirements:

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Finance/Controlling area would be a plus

- Valuable experience in IFRS reporting would be a plus

- Experience in ERP systems (SAP experience considered a strong asset)

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, Google workspace would be a plus

- Fluency in spoken and written English

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with a collaborative, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of actual P&L and reporting to the group

- Monitoring actual results vs. forecast on a monthly basis

- Prepare monthly performance analyses (P&L, KPIs, BS, FCF), highlighting variances and key drivers

- Preparation of management and group reports; create and provide financial reports and dashboards for various stakeholders (ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, yearly base)

- Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and local regulations
