Senior Accounts Receivable Agent - French Speaker (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Agent - French speaker (m/f/d) to join our Team Orange in Lisbon! If you have professional experience in accounts receivable, collection, or closely related accounting function, and you are ready to take full ownership of a corporate portfolio, don't hesitate to apply!  

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are responsible for the handling of the outstanding balance for our corporate customers in B2B and Damages
• You are in charge of general customer communication and reminders
• You are responsible for the reconciliation and clarification of customer accounts 
• You liaise with our internal/external partners and service providers 
• You negotiate installment plans, and handle debt collection 
• You optimize our existing processes if needed  

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You have successfully completed higher education with a financial background and have professional experience in a comparable position (e.g. accounts receivable, collections, sales) 
• Mindset You love numbers, have a strong accounting foundation, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can perform under pressure
• Communication You possess excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with customers and other departments 
• Language Skills You are native or have advanced French skills and have a professional proficiency in English  
• Tools You are confident in using MS-Office Excel and have experience working with ERP systems and accounting software
