Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support to European business teams on commercial and operational matters;
Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements (e.g., customer, supplier, partnerships);
Support compliance with European regulatory frameworks (e.g., consumer law, data protection, productspecific regulations);
Assist with corporate and governance matters for European entities;
Contribute to the development of internal policies, templates, and legal processes; and
Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the company’s European operations.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualified lawyer in at least one European jurisdiction (preference for France or Germany);
Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in a law firm and/or in-house environment;
Solid grounding in commercial law;
Experience working on cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters is a strong advantage;
Familiarity with EU law and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR) is preferred;
Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are an asset, with a strong preference for German
