Job Description

  • Perform shiftly routine visual inspection on samples including ad-hoc samples
  • Provide clear and complete information pertaining MVI
  • Follow-up 2nd-level analysis samples results
  • Maintain records, analyze issues, and initiate corrective actions to maintain consistent production quality
  • Collaborate with production, QC leader & engineering teams to uphold high-quality standards
  • Document all findings and issues in accordance & send out accurate quality report at the end of each shift

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Normal or correctable eyesight for defect detection
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required
  • Provide training to technicians new to the role when applicable
  • Follow housekeeping & safety and health rules
  • Willing to work in the cleanroom environment
  • May required to learn up more than one working area and flexible to work at area assigned

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • SPM or equivalent required 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

PREFERRED:

  • Knowledge in MS EXCEL

SKILLS

  • Good analytical skills
